As the host of the evening, Myleene certainly added spice to the red carpet in her silver and black sheer dress by Rafael Lopez for AtelierMayer.com.
Not only did her chest make an appearance, but her black knickers were also fully visible below the floral print metallic frock.
When she took to the stage, however, Myleene did change into something a little more suitable, and looked stunning in a gorgeous sparkly strapless white gown.
Her brunette locks were kept in loose waves, and she added some red lipstick to her on-stage style.
