Teenager rescued from baby swing by FOUR firefighters

A teenage girl was left hanging in the air after she got stuck in a baby swing at a park in Lanarkshire.

The embarrassed youngster's ordeal was videoed by her friends – including the moment firefighters arrived on the scene to free her.

The Express reports they were called after her pals' efforts to release her from the toddler-size seat proved fruitless.

The emergency services raced to Crofthead Park in Uddingston and carried out the rescue operation, which involved FOUR fire crew.

The teen was turned upside down in the swing and eventually pulled free.

A crowd of onlookers applauded as she walked away unharmed.
