The Best Age To Diet And Lose Weight Is 32

The perfect age to start dieting has just been uncovered by new research - and if you're in your late 20s and struggle to stick to any form of healthy eating plan, you'll be pleased to hear the optimum time is 32.

According to the study by supplement company Forza, turning 30 is the biggest inspiration for both men and women to lose weight.

The survey asked a group of 1,000 people when they're most likely to diet and why they choose to stick to it.

Over a third of the females asked agreed 30 - 35 was the perfect time to try dieting, with 82 revealed it's too easy to be distracted by the party lifestyle.

So - is there any point trying to cut out your favourite snacks if you're not anywhere near the age of 32? Apparently not, but here's some healthy eating inspo, just in case you want to kick your afternoon chocolate habit...
