Save the date wedding invitations are normally pretty standard, but you could forgive any bride and groom-to-be for spending hours mulling over fonts and paper thickness. However, one couple have found the only reasonable solution to the problem of colour scheme...
They made a video! A really epic, really weird, really ridiculous save the date video. Seriously, if this video is anything to go by Bambo and Janice's wedding will be a shindig extravagant enough to rival Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's. No joke.
Self-proclaimed "power couple" Bambo and Janice who are both attorneys in San Francisco, USA, set out to produce the most over-the-top save the date invite... probably of all time.
But that's not even the best part, they upload the vid to their wedding website. Their. Wedding. Website. BossWedding.com, of course, with a note explaining a formal invite would follow the initial "trailer".
So what have we learnt?
1. Normal STDs suck. No matter how long you send agonising over phrasing and colours and paper texture, your wedding save the date will be totally rubbish compared to this.
2. Kanye needs to step up. When can we expect to see something of a similar standard from the mega couple of the century?
3. Want a great wedding? Hip hop is essential. Forget your James Blunts and your Adeles, if you want people to remember your wedding you better drop some Kid Ink and A$AP Rocky. If you can't bring yourself to crunk then just invest in some hip hop shades and a gold chain instead.
