What's The Creepiest Thing Your Child Has Ever Said? 10,000 Replies On Reddit

A list of 'creepy' things said by kids has become a massive hit on social network Reddit, as parents battle to outpost other members with their offspring's outlandishly 'creepy' comments.

Some 10,000 replies have now been posted in just 24 hours in response to the question: 'Parents of Reddit, what is the creepiest thing your young child has ever said to you?' with some truly scary utterings apparently coming from the mouths of babes.

One poster revealed: 'My 5 year old at the time had night terrors and would scream in her sleep. One night I said, 'Mama's here, its okay'. She looked right at me still asleep and screamed, 'Mama? But who is that behind you?'

Another said their two-year-old had chillingly told him as he tucked him into bed 'this time it's goodbye'.

Other parents posted anecdotes of their children coming out with truly sinister answers to innocent questions, including one dad whose seven-year-old said that the best way to get a girlfriend was 'tell her to be my girlfriend or she'll never see her parents again.'

One parent contributes a story about their four-year-old daughter waking them at 6am with the whispered words: 'I want to peel all your skin off'.

Our fave so far though is the little girl, who, when introduced to her newborn brother, turned to her dad and said: 'Daddy, it's a monster. We should bury it'.

Can you beat these?
