The actress went sans shirt or underwear as she showed off her cleavage in the daring Gucci suit, which she paired with Jimmy Choo shoes, and vintage Piaget earrings.
Her dip-dye locks were teased into large waves, and she finished with an amazing statement red pout.
The actress, who's engaged to funnyman Jason Sudeikis, took to Twitter ahead of the event and said she was worried about how her British accent in the film would be received by the Brit audience.
She wrote: "Premiere tonight in London for @rushthemovie. Watching my British accent with a bunch of British people shouldn't be stressful at all."
