Zara Phillips looks like she's got motherhood licked!

The no-nonsense Royal mum was snapped multi-tasking with a whole ice cream cone in her mouth while scooping up daughter Mia for a cuddle as she took time out from competing at horse trials.

Then it was back to work for the 33-year-old as she popped Mia in her pram so dad so rugby star Mike Tindall, 35, could push the five-month-old around at a sweltering Salperton Park Horse Trials in Gloucestershire.

Zara was competing in dressage, cross country and showjumping at the horse trials, which is good practice for when she's back in the saddle for Team GB later this year.

Following on from her success at the London 2012 Olympics where she took Silver, Zara has been named as part of the Great Britain squad for the eventing competition at the World Championship Equestrian Games in France this August.

The mum-of-one will be riding her favourite steed High Kingdom - the same horse she rode in the Olympics.

Speaking about getting back to competing following Mia's arrival in January, Zara said: "Obviously I'm really excited, it's fantastic to be part of a team again.

"We've got a bit of work still to do to get back to where we were last year but will have a few more outings to make sure we are right on target with our preparation but it's great to be back."
