The actress appears on the cover of Interview's September edition in a topless portrait. She is one of six cover stars including Naomi Campbell and Nicole Kidman for the magazine's 'Photographer's issue'.
Fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier captured several images of Keira. The most striking? Er, probably the topless one...
Keira is pictured in the black and white photo wearing long lace gloves, posing nonchalantly while her wet hair falls across her face in a messy style.
Clearly the topless element didn't phase her and she picked up a few model tips from Demarchelier while on set.
The actress conducts an interview with Patrick for the magazine and tells him, "You said something really interesting to me on the shoot: 'You have to relax your face, because that's what good movie acting is, a relaxed face. It's the same thing as having pictures taken."
The famous French photographer regularly takes pictures for the world's top magazines and is used to working with icons from fashion and film.
He captured Victoria Beckham on the cover of Vogue's August 2014 issue and photographed Jennifer Lawrence for Dior's latest ad campaign.
Keira also recently covered Elle UK's July 2014 issue in a 60s-inspired summer look - a far cry from her edgy work with Patrick.
