Kate Middleton and Prince William love a low-key night of wining and dining. In fact, the royal couple are even partial to ordering the same when it comes to date night.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge enjoyed an evening out at the Kings Head Hotel near their country mansion, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk and according to reports the two were all eyes for each other.
Not only were they in casual attire (read: Kate was minus her signature glossy blow dry and Wills wore white trainers) but they chose the same from the menu.
TheExpress reports that Kate and Wills both went for grilled fillet of black bream with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and baby spinach. And for dessert? Wills opted for two scoops of vanilla ice cream, which he shared with his wife. What a gent.
Just when we thought we couldn't love this couple any more they go and prove that they do date nights like the rest of us. And they can do PDAs without verging into OTT romantic territory - you know that thing when couples spoon feed each other their meals.
"William was extremely affectionate and considerate towards Kate throughout. She walked in with wet hair. She kept playing with it, twisting it around her fingers while talking to him. They were quite flirtatious and couldn't keep their hands off each other" a source told the newspaper.
"When they had finished their meal, a couple of locals came up to them and said hello. They smiled and were very chatty, very accommodating. My overwhelming feeling was how normal they were. They just seemed happy to mix with the locals."
