Kate Middleton's Malta Trip And Prince Harry's Birthday Party Might Be Cancelled!

With her first solo oversees trip scheduled and a 30th birthday party for Prince Harry to organise, the Duchess of Cambridge's September diary is jam-packed.

Yet the news that Kate is in the early stages of pregnancy and suffering from acute morning sickness could mean her plans will be cancelled.

The duchess is due to fly to Malta to celebrate the former British colony's 50th anniversary of independence on a two-day tour from 20 to 21 September.

Details of her tour itinerary were released in August and include a meet and greet with the Prime Minister Joseph Muscat and his wife as well as a series of military-themed presentations, a visit to the National Library and Independence Day celebrations.

Although the visit has not officially been called off, reports suggest it's probable.

"The likelihood is that Kate is not going to be up to the trip," a source told Vanity Fair. A spokesperson for Kensington Palace added, "We will be planning this on a case by case basis."

And let's not forget - Kate is also said to be hosting Prince Harry's 30th birthday party at Kensington Palace.

As well as supporting her brother-in-law at the Invictus Games, "Kate is due to be cooking a birthday supper for the birthday prince this weekend," writes royal reporter Katie Nicholl.

Rumours that the palace was to be turned into Harry's own nightclub seem even less likely now.
