In a recent interview, the 22-year-old model told W magazine's 'Screen Test' that walking in heels didn't come too easily.

She said: "It took me so long to learn to walk in high heels it was a joke. When you first start walking you walk like you've never had sex, and then someone told me, I can't remember who it was, 'walk like you're having sex and like you've had loads of sex'.

"I always think I'm going to fall over and it's like my head is trying to mess myself up on the catwalk. I always fall in rehearsals to make sure I don't fall in the real thing and it works."

Well ladies, now you know - time to start practising that walk *starts strutting around the living room*.

In the interview, Delevingne also opens up about her skin condition psoriasis and says she wants to start a help group for others with the condition.

She said: "After fashion week I had really bad psoriasis, just covered in red scabs. I want to start something where people who have psoriasis can talk to each other because it really affects your confidence.

"People in Milan used to look at me like I was a leper and put on gloves and not want to touch me."

During the video interview, Cara covered a variety of variety of topics - everything from wanting to meet the queen to revealing that as a child she loved being naked, in fact she even ran around the supermarket and took all her clothes off. What a little exhibitionist.
