Love Nutella? This is a recipe for you. It can be made in under an hour and best of all, there's no cooking involved!

You will need:
1 pack hobnobs
75g butter
400g jar Nutella
Hazelnuts, chopped and toasted
500g cream cheese
Icing sugar
Raspberries
STEP 1: Prepare the base
Break up the hobnobs and put it in the food processor. Add melted butter and a table spoon of Nutella. Mix it until you get a sandy texture. Then add the hazelnuts and mix again, but leave some hazelnuts to the side for decoration. Pop the mixture into a nine inch tray. Press it into the tin. Then place the tray into the fridge to cool.
STEP 2: Make the topping
Pop the cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl and give it a good mix. Add the rest of the Nutella jar to the mixture and combine.
STEP 3: Decorate
Get the base out of the fridge and put the topping on top. Spread the chocolate texture evenly. Decorate with toasted hazelnuts. Put the cake again into the fridge to set. You can add raspberries on top before serving and after the cake is cooled down. Enjoy!
