Happy Halloween! How To Make A Pumpkin Pie Margarita

To celebrate Halloween, the Gilbert Scott bar and restaurant at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel has launched the Pumpkin Pie Margarita. It's a delicious mix of cinnamon-infused Tapatio reposado tequila, roasted pumpkin and mandarin juice. Yum!


Having your own Halloween cocktail party? This is the drink to serve:


50ml Tapatio reposado tequila (the Gilbert Scott bar version is infused with two cinnamon sticks and one vanilla pod per 70cl bottle)

30g roasted pumpkin, pureed

10ml agave syrup

50ml mandarin juice

25ml lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a Boston shaker and shake over ice. Double strain and serve.
