Jennifer Lawrence has splashed some serious cash on a new house in the Hidden Hills community of Los Angeles.
Think custom-built dream pad, think five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gym, a swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art kitchen to play hostess with the mostess in.
According to E! News, the 24-year-old Oscar winning actress paid a very cool $7 million (£4.3 million) on her new super luxe 5,550-square-foot pad.
The best bit? Jen bought the place from Jessica Simpson. Yes, really.
Jessica has owned the mansion since 2005 when she bought it for $5.2 million following her separation from then-husband, Nick Lachey.
Simpson isn't the only celeb to have to lived in these digs either - Ellen DeGeneres has too.

So far, so fabulous and while it's safe to say Jen could probably move straight in without all the decorating hassle (check out those interiors), we pretty sure she's got plans to put her own mark on it.
With The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 set for release in November J-Law will have a hectic schedule ahead promoting the movie (roll on all those red carpet ensembles), but surely she's got a house warming party planned?
If not with her beau Chris Martin then surely with her co-stars? She's definitely got the space.
