Taylor Swift has fast become a girl after our own hearts.

She shops in H&M and Topshop just like we do, her fancy dress game is ridiculously good, her song lyrics are SO relevant, and best of all - she eats all the foods we love.

We're not big on fad/extreme/celebrity diets but Taylor's is definitely one we can get on board with.

The 25-year-old popstar is the first to admit she works out and although she's got a good food routine going during the week, Taylor doesn't deny herself what she loves. Which, by the way, is a good spiced pumpkin latte from Starbucks and all the cookies she can handle.

On the exercise front, when she's not shaking it off onstage Taylor is at ModelFit gym or SoulCycle.

"For me, running is about blasting a whole bunch of new songs and running to the beat. It's also good because it makes me find a gym wherever I am," she said when asked about her fitness regime.

1. Don't go crazy making up food rules.

2. Keep it healthy Monday - Friday.

3. Never cut out what you love.

4. Bake.

5. Find a workout that you enjoy to get your sweat on.
