Queen of the cleanse Gwyneth Paltrow has offered her wisdom on how to detox our bodies after the Christmas binge.

Think you can hack it? This diet should be approached with serious caution - it's made for those who are prepared to be ruthless with their eating habits.

The plan follows the elimination-based diet created by cardiologist specialist Dr. Junger M.D., so be ready to wave goodbye to dairy products, sweeteners, alcohol, caffeine, wheat, seafood and meat. Just to name a few...

So, what can you eat? Expect to find chia seed pudding, leek and celery soup, and cauliflower fried rice. Yum. The one silver lining? Each morning starts with something simple - warm lemon water.

Food aside, the rest of the plan is not exactly wallet-friendly. You'll need regular spa visits, infrared sauna trips, and colonic irrigation treatments to feel fully detoxed and fresh.

If you're not up for cutting back, Gwyneth style, then make your detox process more manageable by downloading these eating clean apps.
