Emily Blunt was the only Brit to bag an award at Thursday night's Critic's Choice Awards in LA and her husband, actor John Krasinski, was really, really pleased about it.
As in, he stage-bombed her.
The 33-year-old actress won the award for Best Actress in Action Movie for her role in Edge of Tomorrow and was interrupted by her husband, who literally stormed the stage to congratulate her as she was making her acceptance speech.
"He's presenting next!" Blunt explained after the couple hugged it out onstage.
On her movie role she said, "I share this completely with Tom Cruise, who let me kick his ass every day. Doug Liman is extraordinary."
On the dress front? Emily wore a red lace embellished gown by Emilio Pucci which she teamed with some seriously bling jewellery (check the size of those diamond earrings and cuff bracelets) and a beautiful boxy clutch bag.
Fellow British actors nominated included Rosamund Pike, Felicity Jones, Keira Knightley and Eddie Redmayne. While there were no wins for these guys, Eddie did get a whole lot of attention from the A-list ladies who were at the awards ceremony. What a lucky guy. Don't they know he's married now?
