Celebrities including X Factor finalists Sam Callahan and Nicholas McDonald, TV presenter Laura Whitmore and Harry Potter star Evanna Lynch have shared their advice to children with Parentdish.
Speaking to us on the red carpet at Free The Children's We Day UK, a host of famous faces shared their one piece of advice for young people.
Evanna, who played Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter films, said that the most important thing for children was to 'surround yourself with people you love and positive people' which she says will help children deal with obstacles they face on the way to achieving their dreams.
X Factor finalists Sam Callahan and Nicholas McDonald stopped to reflect on their own recent journey to fame. Sam advised kids to 'never give up', but reminded them that 'when you get something back, you have to give something back'.
