Cameron Diaz Talks 'Sex And Sweating' As She Covers Cosmopolitan

Cameron Diaz stars on the cover of Cosmopolitan's 'Love Your Body' issue - and opens up about sex and "sweating daily" while looking incredible in everything from a zip-front swimsuit to a white hot evening gown.

Lots of sex = looking like this? Umm, ok, we'll sign up for that. Alright, so Cameron says there's lots of exercise involved in maintaining her coveted figure, too. Damn.

Cam revealed her tips on living a healthy life and it starts with sweating daily.

"You have to just do it," she says. "Once you commit and really put in the effort, your body goes, 'Oh, it's not OK to be without this.' People say, 'My body rejects exercise.' No, it doesn't. Your mind rejects exercise."

Although she has one of the most envied bodies in the business, she insists on having treats (yes!). "Wellbeing is an equation," she adds. "Remember, you don't have to have the whole cake, you can have a piece. Don't deprive yourself. Have fun. Just be self-aware. If your equation is 80 bad most of the time, then a little movement toward the centre isn't going to affect you much."

Speaking about sex, she's pretty frank. "It's something healthy that we need to be doing for many different reasons," she says.

And her thoughts on social media? It's pointless and bad for you (she quit social media in September 2014).

"I think social media is a crazy-ass experiment on society. The way people use it to get validation from a bunch of strangers is dangerous. What's the point?" She won't be bringing out a selfie book a la Kim Kardashian anytime soon, then...

Straight-talking and stunning: That's why you've gotta love Cameron.

The full interview appears in the April 'Love Your Body' issue of Cosmopolitan, on sale 3 March.
