Coronation Street actress Catherine Tyldesley has given birth to her first baby – a boy named Alfie James.
Catherine announced her happy news on Twitter, tagging her partner Tom Pitfield in her cute tweet.
Her message read: "We made a wish and you came true. Welcome Alfie James Pitfield. We love you beyond words @TP_PTfitness #Besotted."
Tom then added his own sweet words, tweeting: "Welcome to the world son. Alfie James Pitfield. @Cath_Tyldesley you made the happiest man in the world. Thank you x" Catherine, who plays Eva Price in the ITV soap, has been keeping fans updated on Twitter throughout her pregnancy – sharing bump selfies with her 269k followers on a regular basis.
