Jennifer Aniston Uses Sweat As A Hair Product

When Jennifer Aniston starts dishing out hair secrets, we're listening. However, after her stylist revealed she didn't wash her locks two days prior to the Golden Globes, the actress has dropped another beauty bombshell.

In an interview with Fashionista, Aniston discussed the latest launches from Living Proof, the hair company she partially owns. Her favourite product? It's all natural.

When asked if she washes her hair in-between workout sessions, the Cake star replied, "No, I don't. I actually don't. A little sweat in the hair is nice. It's like a little product. You just blow it out with your fingers and it's actually just fun." Lovely.

Aniston, who says she can go "every two to three days easily" without shampooing, also explained her theory behind developing a lighter version of the staple hair product with the Living Proof team.

"Silicone is a culprit in most shampoos," she said. "Over time, it builds up and turns into a hard coating and it cracks and breaks and snaps your hair... The Living Proof scientists over there at MIT found a molecule to replace the silicone. Therefore, your hair is lighter and cleaner for days."

Healthy, glossy hair? It sounds like Jen is on to something. Her relaxed approached to dressing for the red carpet makes a lot of sense, too.

"I'm not an up-do kind of gal," she added. "I feel like if you're wearing a gown with glitter, you want to have beachy, natural hair to kind of go against that. So that's sort of my main thing, being me. Being comfortable."

Remember The Rachel? Turns out Jen hated it.
