Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are reportedly engaged. Cue tears of girls around the world (including, possibly, former flame and Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart).
R-Patz and Twigs have been dating since September 2014, and, according to racked.com, rapper T-Pain let the cat out of the bag about their reported impending nuptials during an an interview with Vulture.
When asked if singer FKA Twigs will appear on his album, the rapper said, "Well, the first time we even met each other, we met in the studio. Her music's changed a lot since then.
"But she's on tour so much, and anytime I call her, she's in a different place. And she's engaged now, so that's about to be a whole other thing."
The shocked interviewer said, "Wait, she's engaged?", to which T-Pain replied, "Yeah, to ol' Patty. I don't know if she wanted anybody to know that..."
Oops.
But now we're left scratching our heads as the rapper then took to Twitter to say the whole thing was an April Fool's joke.
He wrote, "Added a little #AprilFools to my interview with Vulture Magazine today. Check it out!!!!"
We're not sure whether he's being serious or whether that's just a great save for a major slip-up.
Perez Hilton seems to think the news is actually true, claiming 'multiple sources" have reported the pair are set to wed.
