For whatever reason (we're not entirely sure why), Anne Hathaway doesn't always get good press. But, after this incredible effort at miming Miley Cyrus' hit 'Wrecking Ball', we think the Anne-bashing should stop. Because it's awesome.
The actress goes head-to-head with Emily Blunt for LL Cool J's Lip Sync Battle show, and she really throws her all into it.
Anne is seen stepping onto the stage wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a white crop top, working bright red lips and Miley-worthy punky hair.
She writhes around and sensually touches her face and neck a la Miley, before the black bottoms come off.
Then, in white underwear, gung-ho Anne then does a run-up-and-jump onto said Wrecking Ball. Ok, she didn't do it nude (that would be a bit wrong in front of a live audience) but she did it with attitude.
So much so, in fact, she even managed to turn around and give Emily Blunt 'the finger' while sitting on the ball.
Well played, Anne. We'd like to see how Emily beats that. Over to you, Ms Blunt.
