A romantic boyfriend surprised his teenage girlfriend with tickets to see One Direction play in Cardiff - but booked flights to the WRONG country.
Londoner Jake Boys, 23, thought Cardiff was the capital of Ireland when he organised the romantic trip to watch 1D, so he booked a flight to the Emerald Isle.
Loved-up Jake surprised Emily Canham, 18, by telling her he would fly her away to see the X Factor stars on their stadium tour.
And her bought her a pair of tickets to see Niall, Liam, Harry and Louis at the Millennium Stadium in the Welsh capital in June.
But she was shocked that Jake had bought plane tickets were to Dublin after getting his geography mixed-up.
Emily said: "Jake tried to surprise me with One Direction tickets for Cardiff.
"But he booked flights to Ireland because he thought Cardiff was in Ireland."
Jake quickly realised the error of his ways, and said: "I could see the problem."
He's now planning to buy a new pair of train tickets to Cardiff for One Direction's show in June.
