Hey guys.

So my name is Bonnie, and basically I’m here because I want to help you.

I’ve spent the last three years falling in love with fitness and all of the amazing things that come from leading a healthy and active lifestyle and now that I’ve learned a lot and gained some experience, I want to share that with as many people as I can. In order to do this, I started my website "Reaching The Peak" in early 2017 and am now happy to be sharing my writing here on The Huffington Post.

It isn’t just another blog about losing weight, or looking amazing. It’s a blog about finding yourself, looking after yourself, and loving yourself.

You Are Enough

You'll run in circles wondering why the hell not. Wondering what you're doing wrong and what everyone else seems to be doing right. Wondering when somebody will look at you and say "you're perfect. You are enough" or, more importantly, when you will say it to yourself.

Taking The Leap: Learning To Love Again

You'll never have these moments because, if you don't open yourself up to other people, why would they open up to you? Why should they give away the most precious pieces of themselves when the person that they're opening up to won't reciprocate that? Yes, it's scary to open up to somebody with such a huge level of hurt as a potential outcome.

Getting Started: How I Got Into Fitness

Don't be scared. Don't be intimidated. If you are interested in the gym, or you want to go to a fitness class, or go swimming, then go. The hardest part is done way before you get to the gym. The hardest part is signing up, or getting out of bed to get there.
