Vicky Pattison hit headlines earlier this month when she quit ‘Loose Women’ after just nine months on the panel, but her reason for leaving may have now been revealed.

At the time, the former ‘Geordie Shore’ star was forced to deny that her partying ways had led to her getting sacked, but new reports claim she’s actually landed another ITV role, and will presenting ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here… Now!’.

Vicky was crowned Queen of the jungle in 2015, so she’s perfect to replace Laura Whitmore on the ITV spin-off show.

A source tells The Sun: Vicky made no secret of the fact that she would love to replace Laura. But while she was always the front-runner, ITV took their time with the decision.

“It’s only very recently that they have said they want her. Now all that remains is the formality of signing the contract.

“Vicky is beyond excited and can’t wait to get started.”

‘I’m A Celebrity’ is set to return to our screens this Autumn, and rumours about who might be heading into the jungle have begun circulating.

‘Gogglebox’ star Scarlett Moffatt is one that keeps cropping up, while Nigel Farage is also rumoured to be considering a big money offer.
