The London Cocktails scene is thriving - and the things I get asked more often than not are - where to go, what to drink and how to make something up at home. This is a series focuses on answering those questions with the help of industry professionals.

In this episode, we're joined by Dan Priseman of NOLA, a New Orleans inspired bar, hidden above Rivington Street, East London. A slice of the Big Easy in the capital, it has everything from a smoking terrace, to smooth blues, and after hours drinks.

Bourbon Street Blues Recipe

50ml Four Roses Small Batch

20ml sweet vermouth

10ml creme de mure

2 dashes angostura bitters

Stir with cubed ice, strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass, garnish with an orange twist
