A six-year-old girl has been saved from being crushed under a car by a "superman" who found the strength to lift it off her.
The gentleman who carried out this heroic act is Nick Harris, a 32-year-old neighbour who saw the car back out of a driveway and over little Ashlyn Hough. Mr Harris is unsure where he got the strength from, but he managed to lift the Mercury Sedan off the girl before too much harm could come to her.
The little girl escaped with minor injuries. Although no one else witnessed the incident last week, police are happy to accept the account from the little girl.
