The original "Pregnant Man" is up the duff again, it has been reported.
Thomas Beatie and his wife, Nancy, made headlines back in 2007 when he was pictured with his pregnant stomach on display.
The couple then appeared on Oprah to tell their story.
There was shock and horror from the usual suspects when Beatie revealed how he was born a woman and had a sex change, partly because same-sex marriages weren't legal.
Beatie was then considered a man, and looked like a man, but kept his female reproductive organs.
When he and Nancy tried to start a family, they realised Nancy could not have children, so Beatie had artificial insemination.
He had their first child, a little girl called Susan, in July 2008, and a second child, a boy, a year later.
Now the couple are apparently expecting their third child in three years. That's keen.
The story was controversial when it broke three years ago.
Beatie, formerly a Hawaiian beauty queen known as Tracy, told the Advocate then: "Hiding a pregnant man is like hiding an 800-pound gorilla. Nancy and I wanted to tell our story from our own mouths before it got out."
Since then, another man, Scott Moore, from California, has also announced he is expecting a child, and is due to give birth later this month.
And with Beatie and his wife on their third child, this is getting a bit old now, isn't it?
Is this kind of thing really shocking any more? Or have we all just got used to the idea?
