Great news for pop star Lily Allen - she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Sam Cooper.
She is three months pregnant and announced: 'It goes without saying we are both absolutely delighted.'
Lily , 25, has been dating her builder boyfriend, Sam, 32, since last summer.
Lily, who suffered a miscarriage in 2008, after becoming pregnant by Ed Simons from the Chemical Brothers, has often spoken of her desire to start a family.
She revealed in May that she would like to conceive by the end of 2010.
Previously, she has gone on the record to say she would be a stay at home mum: 'I'd want to be really hands-on for the first two or three years of having a little one. I don't want to leave them.'
It is thought the couple told friends and family the news of her pregnancy last weekend. The baby is said to be due in February, 2011.
