MAKEUP: Sandra Cooke for Mac

HAIR: Takashi Sano for Bumble & Bumble

SNAPSHOT: Summer festival chic

THE SCOOP: Jong has made a name for herself at London Fashion Week thanks to her unique, tailored designs. This season, her collection focused on prints and shapes influenced by the English summer, a theme that was central to the hair and makeup teams too. Lead makeup artist Sandra Cooke described the look as "natural and fresh" with a focus on "a flush of colour in the cheeks and beautiful skin".

Sano completed the youthful, summertime inspired image with "a messy, low ponytail that looks like [the model] has done it herself. It's not too clean or too solid".

GET THE LOOK MAKEUP: Cooke used Mac Face and Body Foundation with Mac Impeccable Brow Pencil in Taupe for a contoured look around the eyes and cheekbones. She used MacTea Petal Cream Blush from the new s/s 2011 collection to add extra glow, along with another new product, Mac Good to be Bad to stain the lips. To highlight, Cooke added a touch of Mac Cream Colour Base in Shell and Root on the darker skinned models. To finish the look, she added Mac Gilded White from next spring's collection to the inner corner of the eyes.

GET THE LOOK HAIR: Sano achieved the messy style by backcombing the hair before tying into a low ponytail. He used Thickening Spray and Surf Spray to add texture, along with a Powder Spray to help thicken finer hair.
