Meg Ryan is one of the most recognisable actresses in the world, but on the school run she looked like any rushing mum yesterday.
The 48-year-old was taking her adopted daughter Daisy True to school in New York.
While Meg's ensemble wouldn't have won any style prizees, five-year-old Daisy looked adorable in her orange raincoat and purple wellies.
Meg adopted Daisy in January 2006 when she was just 14 months old. The actress was previously married to actor Dennis Quaid and the couple have a son together - Jack Henry, who was born in April 1992.

Their 18-year-old son splits his time between staying with Meg in New York and his father in Los Angeles.
