Myleene Klass has told a magazine about her battle to conceive a second child.
Speaking to She magazine, the TV presenter and model revealed that in her usual doctor's absence, another medic started talking to her about IVF, something she was keen to get started on, until her own GP returned and told her to try naturally for a few more months.
Myleene told She: 'I was gutted, thinking, "But I've already been trying for months". 'Then, a couple of weeks later, I missed my period and took a test and there it was – pregnant! I was so shocked, I had to buy two more to be sure.'
After posting news of her second pregnancy on Twitter, Myleene says she got a lot of messages telling her how 'lucky' she was it had happened so easily. 'It wanted to say, "Believe you me, it wasn't that easy," but it wasn't the right forum,' she told the magazine.
