When Christina Aguilera raised her arm to wave to fans at the Tokyo press conference of her new film, Burlesque, she raised a few eyebrows, too. Revealing a bizarre scar on the underside of her arm, the star fuelled speculation that she may have had breast enhancement surgery.
It is rumoured that the small line could be the result of a transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation – a breast enlargement technique in which implants are inserted through an armpit incision.
The technique is a popular alternative to more traditional methods that leave more visible scars on the breast itself.
