We've already dissected all the red carpet winners (and losers) from last night's Golden Globe Awards, but what about the hair and beauty looks of the night? The stars showed off long and shiny tresses, opted for messy updos and went for retro-Hollywood hair. Makeup-wise, actresses went for a golden glow, with a soft, natural look - all rosy cheeks and a pink lip - dominating.
