Cate Blanchett knows that the trick to a brilliant beauty look is to keep everything basic but add something bold.
At last night's Portofino watch launch for IWC Schaffhausen, in Geneva, Blanchett went for masculine tailoring, pairing a black tuxedo jacket with white trousers.
Blanchett kept her face looking fresh with minimal makeup except for an attention-grabbing, flouro-pink lip, which added a jolt of colour to her otherwise monochromatic, understated look.
