Apple Accused Of Using 'Bogus' Patents To Damage Android Sales

Google has accused several rival companies, including Apple, Microsoft, and Oracle, of trying to increase the cost of Android phones by using "bogus patents" acquired from bankrupt Canadian firm Nortel. The search giant said that it had been the victim of a "hostile, organised campaign" designed to stifle competition in the smart-phone market.
