THE SCOOP: The inspiration for this look came directly from the collection itself, in particular the metallic colour palette present in all of the designs. The palette ranged from army green to teal blue, with hints of red and camel. Inspiration also came from flying, with both hair and makeup reflecting this idea.

GET THE LOOK MAKEUP: Makeup artist Boss first used The Body Shop's Extra Virgin Minerals foundation for a "barely there" feel. The focus was entirely on the eyes - Shimmer Cubes in metallic Indigo Blue were carefully dusted over the lids, before liquid eyeliner was added over the top. These products react together and change colour once they have both been applied - this had a brassy effect that complimented the collection. Blending was also key for this look, as strong metallic tones were built up to act as "flight goggles". Super Volume Mascara was only used on the top lashes, with brows remaining hidden under eye shadow. Finally, lipstick in shade 68 was dabbed onto the lips to complete the look.

GET THE LOOK HAIR: Hair was harsh and dramatic for this look. Beginning with a centre parting, the hair was plaited at the front sections before they were scraped back from the base of the head and slicked into place to add high shine. Hair was fixed with thick black tape at the back of the neck before more plaits completed the look. Inspiration was taken from "flight caps" and therefore, it needed to be "secure and tight against the head."
