MAKEUP: Alex Box for Mac
SNAPSHOT: Neon nymphs
THE SCOOP: The hair and makeup at Westwood's shows is like no other and Box and her team did a fantastic job of creating yet another spectacular look for this season. She referred to "neon nymphs" as the inspiration and used bruised colour and and ethereal sheen to create a mysterious, out-of-this-world image.
GET THE LOOK MAKEUP: Box used Prep + Prime Skin before underpainting the base layer with Studio Sculpt SPF 15 Foundation. The cheeks were powdered heavily with Prep + Prime Pressed Powder and contoured using Sculpt Powder. A mix of Prince Noir and Rebel Lipsticks were used on the eyes before Copper Metal Pigment was applied to highlight the brow bone, cheek bones, centre of the nose, Cupid's bow and forehead. Mac Pro Hi-Def Chromaline was applied as a liner through both upper and lower lashes. A touch of Prince Noir was added to the lips before Woo Me Kissable Lipcolour (available Spring/Summer 2012) was used on the lips to finish.
