Harry H Will Win Young Apprentice 2011, Says Fired Hayley Forrester

Who Does The Lastest Young Apprentice Flop Think Will Win?

How did you find your time on the show?

I found my time on the show enjoyable, but it was hard work, as I expected it would be, and so will business in the future be. I found the experience gave me a real insight into the world of business and this has definitely finalised my decision to go into business.

Who do you think is the strongest candidate?

I think that the strongest candidate is Harry Hitchens. When working with him, I found him to be attentive, a good listener and team player. I think that he has a natural instinct for business.

Tell us what happened in the task you were fired on

I was fired on week 6. During this task we had to buy a list of items for Madame Tussauds, the waxworks in London. I think that this task was the hardest, simply because of the time scale, as every single second counted, and there was no time to think over and contemplate decisions.

What were your highlights of the experience?

My biggest highlight was when I decided to triple the prices and not just double them, during the flower task. I believe that if this hadn't been done the task wouldn't have been won. I also loved meeting Diversity!

How do you think this experience will help you in the future?

I think that this experience will enable me to gain future employment more easily as this experience is valued very highly. I also think that the insight into the world of business has been a very true one, and I hope that my ambition of entering the financial world will be fulfilled by this.

What are your hopes for your future career?

Through this process I hope that I will gain an internship with a investment bank, as this is my ambition. I am hoping that anyone who thinks that they are successful in this and want to pass on their wisdom to a hard working and motivated person will contact me.

What would you to say to any fellow young aspiring business people? Any advice?

I would say to a young aspiring business person that if they have a dream, they need to work exceptionally hard and gain the right contacts so that this can be achieved. I think that people should also ensure that they are level headed.

What have you learnt about business from your experience on YA?

I have learnt that business is a tough and ruthless game, but to succeed in it you have to play along with that game.
