Strictly Come Dancing star Holly Valance is engaged to marry her property tycoon boyfriend Nick Candy after he popped the question on a holiday in the Maldives.
Something must be in the water this week as celebs are getting engaged all over the place and former Neighbours star Holly has hopped on the bandwagon whilst on a romantic holiday in the Indian Ocean.
Holly arrived in the Maldives on Wednesday and her 38-year-old billionaire boyfriend dropped down on one knee as fireworks spelled out the words "Will You Marry Me."
The 28-year-old beauty took to Twitter to break the news and posted a picture alongside the the caption, "And I said YES!!! Happiest day of my life!!!!! Xxxx".
The Aussie star was inundated with congratulatory messages including one from radio DJ friend Lisa Snowdon who tweeted: "Congratulations!"
On meeting husband-to-be Nick, Holly told Today Online: "I didn't know anything about him. I just thought, 'Cor, if I didn't fancy you so much, we'd be the best of friends. Instead, I just want to make out with you all the time.'"
First Britney, now Holly. With one day before Christmas can we squeeze in anymore celeb engagements?
