Lily Allen Would Be 'Honoured' To Sing At Amy Winehouse Memorial Concert

Returning To The Stage For Winehouse?

New mum Lily Allen is considering a return to the stage to honour late pop peer Amy Winehouse.

The two Brits broke big at around the same time and now Allen, who announced plans to step away from the music industry in 2009, insists she'd be "honoured" to play at a Winehouse tribute concert.

The Rehab singer's father Mitch is planning the show following her death in July.

The memorial gig will feature Winehouse's producer and collaborator Mark Ronson, Jessie J and Florence And The Machine, according to reports - and Allen admits she would be interested in taking part.

In a tweet, she writes: "Wow. first I've heard of it. would be honoured though."

It could be Allen's first gig since becoming a mother to baby Ethel in November. She married husband Sam Cooper in June and the baby news was revealed during their big day.
