Are you ready for the cutest video you'll watch today? Are you though? We don't think you are... OK, fine, here it is: a clip of a Siberian husky fostering a tiny kitten.

Kitten fans, husky lovers, you're most very welcome.

Posted by Vimeo user Adam Bilsing, this adorable footage of a Siberian husky looking after a tiny wee kitty-cat is enough to make even the stoniest-hearted melt in awe.

Appropriately titled 'Wolfmother' by Bilsing, the video contains precious few other clues. Where's the kitten's real mother? How come they get along so well?

Enquiries have been made, and as soon as Adam gets back to us, we'll get back to you - but for the time being, just click play and get your "Nawww..." on. Ah, go on. You know you want to.

Though it is dangerous for the kitten, because dogs will accidentally put too much pressure when playing or handling a cat, it is obvious this dog was acting protectively. You could see the dog had second thoughts on mouth placement, then instinctively took the kitten the way a mother would do, and then once laying down mouthed the kitten just enough to let her know that she was to stay put. I wouldn't encourage this, but the dog had no intentions of hurting the kitten. Normally accidents happen when a dog tries to play with a cat. And I wouldn't encourage owning a hybrid wolf of any kind for many reasons.

Not very cute at all. Kitten was wanting some human companionship and the wolf dragged it back. Didn't even groom it. I'm sure it probably fostered the kitten, but this clip didn't exactly show it in the best light. Some predators will play with prey in this proprietary way, too. Wolves are not pets. I thought this fad had run it's course. Very sad to see this gorgeous animal in a chain-link fenced back yard. That wolf is very young. The problems begin when wolves mature. Again, there is so much wrong with this video. The last thing it is is cute. HuffPost needs to do a bit more research before posting this kind of thing.

We took in some abandoned kittens when I was a kid, and my dog "adopted" one of them. Being a terrier mix, he wasn't big enough to eat the kitten, though, like this wolf is. I wish them many happy years together.

Doesn't look like a pure wolf... And what the video doesn't show is when the wolf ate the cat.

Shut up! If the wolf wanted to eat the kitty cat it would have been gone a long time ago!

If there's anything crazier than a Siamese cat, it's got to be one raised by wolves...

so cute. Looked a little ruff there. I think she was not going to let anyone near it after she took it back to were she wanted the kitten to be.
