Taylor worked some of the longest lashes we have ever seen at the Country Music Awards. Her porcelain skin looked flawless and we particularly liked her choice of lip colour - a nude, glossy shade that completed her subtle, statement-making look perfectly.
However, Kate gave her a run for her money with her staple beauty combo - nearly nude eye makeup (apart from a coating of mascara) and hot pink lips - at the Life Happens premiere in California. Our favourite thing about this look? Her side-swept, tousled blonde locks.

Makeup4All: Taylor's skin looks perfectly flawless with a beautiful subtle blush. The dark brown smoky eye shadows make her blue eyes pop and the long lashes make the eyes look even more defined. The glossy nude lip complements the whole look nicely so that the eyes get all the attention.
Hot matte pink lip looks stunning on Kate! She knows how to rock a natural eye with just curled lashes and one coat of mascara, although I personally would probably add a subtle brown eye liner near the roots of the lashes. As usual, Kate's complexion can make every girl jealous. And her hair style is very flattering. For me, Kate is a winner!
MyDaily verdict: While we applaud Taylor for her super sleek transformation, Kate's quirky, carefree look wins our vote every time.
