One Direction star Niall Horan has been struck down with food poisoning following the band's tour of Australia and New Zealand.
The music sensations headed back to the UK yesterday following their hugely successful promotional trip to the two countries.
However, an 11,000-mile plane ride isn't the best cure for food sickness.
In a series of posts on Twitter before the flight took off, Nial wrote: "Not feeling the best! Sore all over. Under the weather as they say... Food poisoning (is) not good."
While we're sure his dodgy tummy isn't quite ready for some good old fashioned British grub, he used a homegrown recipe to soothe his stomach by downing the "Irish remedy" of flat 7 Up.
They have only been out of the country for a few weeks, but their British fans certainly missed the boy band - devoted followers turned out in huge numbers as they arrived back into London.
The boys were mobbed by the adoring crowd - and food sickness and jet lag didn't stop the kind-hearted lads from posing for photos and signing autographs.
