A date has been set for the funerals of the six Philpott children who died in a fierce house fire in Derby – but their parents, who have been charged with their murder, will not be attending.
The service is due to take place on 22 June at St Mary's Church in St Alkmund's Way, followed by a burial nearby at Nottingham Road cemetery in Chaddesden.
The bodies of Duwayne Philpott, 13, his sister Jade, 10, and brothers John, nine, Jack, seven, Jessie, six and Jayden, five – who perished in the blaze in Victory Road - were released by the Derby Coroner yesterday.

But it is understood that their parents, Mick and Mairead Philpott, will not be attending, according to a report in The Daily Telegraph.
The priest conducting it, Father Alan Burbidge, said: “We have had confirmation this morning that the parents of the six children will not be attending the funeral.”
The BBC also reported family sources had indicated that Mick and Mairead Philpott will not attend despite wishing to.
The prison service and the police may have considered the service too dangerous for the parents to attend, as anger in the area is running high.
