Their triumphant resurrection at the weekend reminded the country why The Stone Roses were one of the biggest acts in Britain in the late 80s and early 90s.
Now a new book by former press photographer Dennis Morris celebrates the band’s origins with a series of 250 unseen images of them rising to the peak of their powers.
Limited to a run of 1000 editions, This Is The One is an attempt to capture the spirit of the band and the ‘Madchester’ movement they were central to – fans of fashion from the era won’t be disappointed either.

This Is The One by Dennis Morris is available from whosaidit.co.uk, accompanied by an individually signed print, from July 2012.
