Kelly Holmes made a Kent homecoming on Tuesday when she carried the Olympic Torch in her home county ahead of London 2012.
The double Olympic gold medallist from the 2004 Games in Athens is also being touted as the athlete to light the Olympic flame at the opening ceremony on 27 July.

Bookies are offering a range of bets, including odds of 33/1 on London mayor Boris Johnson lighting the flame by Ladbrokes, with the Queen at 100/1. Holmes is at 8/1, with Sir Steve Redgrave at 4/7, while Daley Thompson is 6/1.
