Girls Aloud are planning to make a splash with their reunion tour next year by asking diver Tom Daley to join them on stage.
The band is getting back together for the first time since 2009 to celebrate its 10th birthday in November, and Sarah Harding, Cheryl Cole, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Nadine Coyle are putting plans together to make their comeback spectacular.
Now after diver Tom picked up a bronze medal at the Olympics and flirted with Chezza on Twitter, they thought he would be the perfect addition to the shows.
A source tells The Sun: "The girls think it would be great to have him on stage with them. They all think he's really cute and love him in his little Speedos.
"They know he'll get a great reception from their fans and are confident he'll be up for it - even in his Speedos."
Cheryl has made it clear she is a huge fan of the teen diving whizz by sending him a message after he finished third in the 10m platform diving final.
She tweeted: "Congratulations Tom. You did us all proud!! Now you should have some free time to teach me that dive!!"
However, despite wearing tiny swimming trunks for a living, Tom insists he is too shy to ever ask the brunette beauty out on a date.
He told Heat magazine: "I haven't got a hope in hell! It'll just be embarrassing (if I ask her out), it's not gonna work out.
"I wish I did have the courage to (ask her out). I've got her calendar on my wall, so I'm used to seeing her (half-naked) and I see divers (half-naked) every day, although it is Cheryl."
