Apple has been accused of plagiarising the look of its new clocks in iOS 6.
The Swiss national rail company said that Apple had stolen the iconic look of its station clocks, which are licensed around the world.
A very similar clock design appears in the latest version of its mobile operating system.
But SSB said while it was "proud" Apple had chosen its design, it hadn't asked permission.
A spokesperson told the AP it would be seeking compensation.
Apple has not commented on the claims, but the news comes in the same week that it received wide criticism for mislabelled and missing data in its Maps application, also part of iOS 6.
